Kyle Janks Director

Mosman Health Director Kyle Janks heads up our team of coaches. With a background in the military and navy diver core, Kyle went on to train as an exercise coach and was led to specialize in rehabilitation after breaking his neck in a diving accident while serving in the South African Navy Divers Unit.

With firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed and what works, Kyle has been in the industry since 2000, working in South Africa and London, UK before opening Mosman Health in Sydney. He's studied under both Paul Chek and Charles Poliquin, internationally renowned strength and rehabilitation coaches. Always drawing inspiration and staying up to date from current leaders in the field of exercise science

 

Erica Costa Codiero

Nicknamed “The Amazonian Princess” Erica has the body every Woman would die for. Her striking Physique comes from her sporting achievements in athletics.

*Competed internationally as an athlete for 15 years
*Number One, 400m hurdler in Brazil for 5 consecutive years
*Finalist in the 400m hurdles at the 2000 Athletics World Cup
Erica knows what it takes to get the body you desire from personal experience.
Having completed her Human Movement degree whilst living in Italy, Erica is Also our Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist

 

David Port

Kyles Right hand man, Dave has been mentored by Kyle since being a Student at Sydney University. He now has a Degree in Exercise Science and has 3 years experience training and helping many clients transform their bodies.

If he’s not inspiring his clients you will find him either in the Gym training or pursuing his passion in boxing.

Dave is also currently doing his Exercise Physiologist Accreditation.

 

Chris Dounis

Chris Dounis is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist specialising in metabolic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and with an outstanding success rate of achieving desired clinical outcomes for a range of clients – from young adults to the elderly. With a strong belief in the importance of health and optimal functional capacity for all individuals, Chris’s theoretical and practical knowledge ensures the highest quality results for all individuals, be it those with a particular pathology or apparently healthy with a desire to improve fitness and performance.

Currently studying a Masters of Exercise Rehabilitation (Honours) after completing his undergraduate study in Exercise Physiology, his work experience includes working with Type 2- diabetics in his current employment, to working with a range of individuals in the Concord Hospital Endocrinology Unit, to working with apparently healthy individuals in various gym settings across Sydney. With an extremely strong work ethic and willingness to work around and through all barriers to achieve the desired patient outcome.

 

Briana Zylstra

Briana is our Chiropractor who recently worked with the New York Giants for the past year. She combines her Chiropractic skills with Active Release Technique.

Bree is a gem in our team. To date not a single person who has been treated by Bree has not experienced instant relief from pain.
