We have a fantastic supervised women's group who train for 1 hour. The programs are tailor made for the individual.
Training time are 10 am till 12 pm. We know for super mums flexibility is paramount so you can arrive anytime during the 2 hour period to train. This gives you the ability to train Monday through Friday at these times. Some train everyday and the programs are designed to allow correct recovery of muscle groups. Others like to train a few less times. Sundays Metabolic Group Class is also included in the $200 per week which is a great way to stay fit and motivated/ At an average rate of only $28 per 1 hour session it's a fantastic deal. |
